This picture is taken from Williams et al. (2014), a recent paper that studies the the impact of the chemical production of methyl nitrate from the NO + CH3O2 reaction on the global distributions of alkyl nitrates, nitrogen oxides and tropospheric ozone.  The figure shows the The annual mean distribution in CH3ONO2 during 2008. Both the zonal and horizontal means are shown (top and bottom, respectively) for EMISS. The right panels show the absolute differ- ences for FULL-EMISS given in ppt. For details, see paper.
